Dr. Anna Flores, DCN, MSN, CNSc is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition, Co-founder of Authenticity Recovery LLC, an integrative and functionally informed practitioner, and a subject matter expert in eating disorder treatment. She brings over a decade of academic and professional experience in behavioral health and transformational healing including private practice, research, integrative and functional medicine, home services, and eating disorder treatment centers!
Dr. Anna's practice integrates traditional wisdom with evidence-based modalities to identify and address root causes. She offers individualized, compassionate, recovery-focused care grounded in the belief that food is foundational to healing—and that recovery is possible (and you deserve it).

Dr. Anna has expertise in treating child, adolescent, and adult eating disorders (including ARFID), substance use disorders, mental health, neurotransmitter imbalances, gastrointestinal dysfunction & diseases, acute nutritional needs (example: pre & post operative nutritional recommendations), hormonal imbalances, and autoimmunity.

Dr. Anna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Stonybrook University in 2013, with a focus in environmental studies, economics, and biology. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, completing her capstone at the Food as Medicine Institute in 2015. She later earned her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, with a clinical residency through Holistic Performance Method in London in 2021.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Anna is a sought-after keynote speaker and guest lecturer throughout Michigan and beyond, known for her expertise, clarity, and passion. Her outreach mission is to empower and educate others on eating disorders, substance use disorders, pathophysiology, nutrition, and mental health—equipping the professional community with versatile, effective tools to meet the unique needs of those they serve.
