Develop and manage Authenticity Recovery's presence in West Michigan, across social media platforms, and email communications.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, schools, hospitals, and community organizations throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area.
Support outreach efforts to raise community awareness of eating disorders, available treatment options, and the services offered at Authenticity Recovery.
Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, aligned with our mission, and sensitive to the population we serve.

Behavioral Health/Medical Biller
We are growing our team and are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-aligned Biller to support our clinical team and ensure the financial health of our practice.
Position Highlights:
Manage the full billing cycle for outpatient and IOP services, including claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, and communicate clearly with clients and families regarding billing questions and financial responsibility.
Work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and coding practices that support timely reimbursement.
Support our growing relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield and other payers as we continue to expand our in-network services.
