Administrative Assistant

We are growing our team and are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant who is committed to supporting both our clients and our clinicians.

Position Highlights:

Serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients and families, fostering a warm, professional, and supportive environment.

Support clinicians by maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and communicating with referral sources.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance administrative workflows and client experiences.
