Outpatient Therapy

Individual outpatient therapy offers a private, one-on-one space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind with a licensed therapist. Therapy is a place to feel supported as you work through challenges, build coping skills, and develop greater self-understanding and self compassion. Outpatient therapy works well for people who are medically stable and able to manage daily life while receiving consistent therapeutic support.

Our therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and centered around you. We draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential practices to meet your unique needs and goals. Depending on what feels most helpful, therapy may include approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness. Therapy is a collaborative process, which means you and your therapist work together to clarify goals, explore challenges, and support meaningful, lasting change.

For clients navigating eating disorders or related concerns, care may involve collaboration with a broader treatment team, such as a dietitian, physician, or psychiatrist, to ensure well-rounded support. Sessions often focus on building a more peaceful relationship with food and body, managing anxiety or mood concerns, and gently exploring underlying emotional or relational patterns.

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and are scheduled weekly or as clinically appropriate. Therapy is a process that unfolds over time, and progress can look different for everyone. Your therapist will work with you to pace treatment in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your needs.
