Christy Daenzer, LLMSW

Christy Daenzer, LLMSW is a limited licensed social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Christy received her Masters of Social Work from Western Michigan University. Christy has experience working with a variety of people in a variety of settings including private practice, residential programs, and partial hospitalization programs. She has experience working with individuals who suffer from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, OCD, and life transitions. 

Christy is an empathetic and hardworking therapist who believes in a holistic approach involving the mind and body and other evidence-based modalities such as internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and emotional focused therapy. 

Christy is dedicated to helping her clients struggling with eating disorders navigate the path to recovery. She helps adults and teens connect to their true, authentic self through mindfulness and relationship building. Christy believes everyone needs someone along the way and she is here to support you in your recovery journey.
